Growing up in the beautiful state of Vermont and now living on my farm in Louisa County, Virginia has given me the inspiration and focus to become a photographer. I love to walk and hike and usually do this on our land here at the farm armed with my camera. My passion is to capture things in their natural surrounding and share this through my photos. I have completed photography classes at the local community college, and will continue to further my education with future classes.

Though education is the base of this business, I believe that most of my knowledge has been gained from the photos I take. I sell my personal art/favorites at local retail stores, arts & craft shows and some of my photos have been published locally and nationally. Our 53-acre farm has made for many beautiful back drops for my photo shoots. I’m also available to shoot on location which enables me to capture your family photos in your own surroundings, where you are more comfortable. My future plans are to become a seasonal photographer in Vermont starting the summer of 2007. A lot of my photos have also encouraged me to start writing. I hope to be successful with photojournalism and visual communication as well.
